After an exhaustive search looking for the best website for my own business, I decided to share what I found with you. Note, these are the best choices for a basic real estate agent website.

Here are my top picks for the best cheap real estate agent website and what makes them so good.
1. Ucraft
Best for a basic “brochure” type website for the lowest price.
Key Features:
- Lowest Price way to create a web presence.
- Custom Domain – Connect a domain name you already have or buy a custom domain from them.
- Blogging pages

Pro Website Plan – $12.00 a month – The Ucraft website says it is only $10.00 a month but that’s only if you pay $120.00 upfront for the entire year. If you pay monthly it is really $12 a month.
- Ucraft has higher plans with more e-commerce features but as a real estate agent it makes no sense to use anything but the most basic plan.

Final Thoughts
The first three website builders Ucraft, Wix and Square Space are e-commerce website builders with little to no features designed for real estate agents. These 3 can get you a website for a bargain price but they are all very limited. A Ucraft site in particular is just a way to establish a basic web presence and nothing more. Ucraft doesn’t offer any real estate specific themes, IDX, custom landing pages, integrations with lead sources or really any real estate specific upgrades so if you decide later that you need a better website, your only choice is to start from scratch with another website builder. With Ucraft, Wix and Square Space you are really on your own when building out your website. They offer tutorials and limited support only.

Final Thoughts
Wix is a better known website builder than Ucraft but they don’t really offer much more than Ucraft except a handful of real estate specific templates. The real estate templates makes it much easier for a novice to build a website with that clean, minimalist design that is popular right now. Just like Ucraft, if you decide that you need something better than just a simple brochure style website then you will have to find another platform.

Final Thoughts
Once again squarespace like ucraft and wix is not really meant for real estate. Squarespace is the most usable of the three for real estate but only if you want a cheap, basic website that functions as a brochure site so that when a client checks you out, you do have a website for them to find.

Final Thoughts
Finally, a website specifically made for real estate agents. I only included Ucraft, Wix and Squarespace because people always ask about those mainstream websites first. Those sites are great if you just want a website with your contact information and some personal branding and not much else.
AgentWebsite.net is a step above those. The best thing is the customer service. You can spend a lot more money for a website with a bigger company but I’m not sure you are going to find a better customer service experience. They especially shine when dealing with agents that are less technically knowledgeable. They explain your options very well and will make sure you get the perfect website that suits your needs.
Their highest plan is especially interesting. They will create and manage a Google Ads campaign for you. I think this is a great way for agents who don’t know how to do Google Ads to get expert guidance for a great price. Gotta love small businesses!

Dislikes:
- Text marketing has been put on hold while they deal with some compliance issues. They expect to have it back up again once they sort through the regulatory red tape.
Final Thoughts
IxactContact is the best overall Real Estate CRM for 97% of the agents out there. It’s quick and easy to get up and running. Easy to learn, has great customer support, and with the website included is the very best value. It even has enough features to work with a small team.
If you’re a rookie agent, who received their license in the past 12 months then the 6 months free trail is an absolute no brainer.
The only people that IxactContact is not good for are large teams and top producers who need a more powerful robust CRM that integrates with hundreds of lead sources and does everything including taking the dog out for a walk but the people at IxactContact are so nice (Canadians) that if you ask real nice, they might even stop by and do that too.
Rookie agents just sign up for the standard free trial then send in their license showing they have been an agent for 12 months or less and the free trial is extended to 6 full months!
