My take... great book with no ego

Many books written for real estate agents have a sort of “look at me, I’m a real estate expert” kind of tone. I think that sometimes this ego driven writing skews the emphasis from what is true to what sounds good. Dirk Zeller writes this book in the classic Dummies style. Stripped of ego but chock full of the right information. Recently updated for today.
