This book was an eye opener for me. We all hear that the rich get richer by owning real estate but this book explains how the tax, lending and legal systems are all stacked in favor of real estate investing. This is the only book I’ve found that explains the mechanisms and concepts that make that happen. Read this book first. No audiobook available.

Dummies like me love the Dummies series. Real estate investing has so much variety and different ways to make money. This book tells you a little bit about almost all of the strategies to get you pointed in the right direction.

Takes a complex topic and simplifies it for beginners. Covers a wide range of strategies like buy and hold, multi-family, flipping, wholesaling and even advanced topics like REITS.

This is a great book but it also includes digital tools and an included on line course that really makes this book stand out. Great way to start learning about real estate investing.

Another great book from the creator of the podcast and website “Bigger Pockets”. Since this is where experienced investors to to share their knowledge, this book is up to date with the latest strategies.

Flippers get all the glory but buy and hold investing is how true generational wealth is made. This is the best book on what I think is the best strategy for real estate investors.

Apartment buildings can be a bit harder to get started in and requires good management skills, but massive wealth is the potential reward. This is the strategy that builds real estate dynasties.

The BRRRR strategy is a strategy used by a few investors for years but was little known outside of a very small circle. Think of it as flipping money but keeping the house as a rental. Extremely interesting.
My take...
Uses leverage to the fullest extent possible to build a real estate portfolio very quickly. A bit riskier than most strategies and you can be derailed by things outside of your control like changing economic conditions and interest rates but this book teaches you how to adapt as market conditions change.

Another great book from the host of the Bigger Pocket podcast that teaches how to get started in real estate investing when you have little to no money. Creativity and hard work will have to take the place of money.

The no money down strategy has been give a bad reputation over the years because of some shady operators but this book shows how to arrange deals that are a win-win for everyone.

Great book because it covers everything you need to know to invest in real estate. Starts with your mindset and then takes you step by step through all the strategies and methods to get wealthy in real estate.

This guy is just built different. Fantastic story of how Grant created massive wealth through real estate. Most real estate dynasties are created quietly so the average real estate investor doesn’t know how its done. Great yarn for entertainment value alone but even better for expanding your vision of what’s possible.

What this book teaches is crucial to know if you want to be successful as a real estate investor and I recommend you buy and study it but… help me please… reading this book is less exciting than watching paint dry. I took one star off because of its dullness. There’s no audiobook available, probably because drivers would fall asleep at the wheel and people would get hurt. Yes, it’s that dull.
