Many books serve as a way for the author to toot his own horn or sell you their online courses. Not this one. Great information organized just the way us dummies like it.

This is probably one of the best books on flipping houses. There are some unneeded stories and anecdotes sprinkled throughout but a solid book.

My take...
Straight to the point with no fluff. A quick, easy read but a very good book. He does talk about his seminars. No audiobook option as of yet. Bummer.

Great book. He has systemized the process and takes you through step by step. He also has lots of information on his website. He does offer training.

Geared towards beginners with lots of online templates and tools made available when you buy the book.
My take...
Good book but this book offers more than just the book. The website and YouTube tutorials that come with the book really help you get started. She is selling courses but she gives so much value just from buying this book, you may not need the courses.

This book is the bible on a slightly different real estate investing strategy, the BRRRR method. Think of this strategy as how to flip your money over and over again but keep the house as a rental.
My take...
Personally, I think that while this isn’t a book on traditional house flipping, you know, selling the house, you should know this hybrid strategy too. This is a great backup strategy if you find you can’t sell a house right away or a great long term strategy that combines flipping houses with the old buy and hold strategy.
