This book, just like all the Dummies books, organizes the information you want in a way that just makes sense. This book focuses on renting out space you already own but it does touch briefly on using properties owned by others as a short term rental. No audiobook available.

Great book that does a good job explaining all the little details you need to know to become a successful host. A short book but it packs in a lot of information. No audiobook available.

This book is highly targeted to teach you how to increase your booking rate by optimizing your listings search results. This is a more advanced book for improving your results than a book on how to get started. If you already are an Airbnb host, this is the book for you.

My take...
This one is more for an investor who is already on the AirBNB platform and just wants to learn how to move up the rankings on their website and how to make your clients happy so you garner 5 star reviews. This is a good book but I think the higher rated ones are a bit better. No audiobook.

This is the book that introduced the concept of creating an AIRBNB business by leasing an property. The authors call it Rental Arbitrage. This is just one of the concepts they cover. They also talk about buying properties and arranging financing and try to cover everything else you need.

Nolo press are the experts on maximizing your tax deductions to increase your profits while avoiding any problems with the IRS. They tend to be aggressive in their tax avoidance strategies without ever crossing that line into evasion.
My take...
Even if you’re an experienced real estate investor and are familiar with traditional real estate property tax regulations, you should get this book. This is a new area of investing so I bet most investors are not aware of all the things they can legally deduct. No audible book because honestly, do you really want to listen to a book on tax deductions?
